I cannot recommend Bobie enough, her positive attitude, encouragement and support have gone above and beyond any other coach I have had in the past. 

I have always yo yo'd with my weight and have had a low self esteem and confidence because of this. With Bobie's help, I am now over a stone lighter but more than that, my mindset has completely changed. I am so much more confident in my body and what I can achieve. 

She has taught me to be proud of my progress and I cannot thank her enough for this.
